How not to react in HR questioning.

Employees of hospitality industry are fast and loose with their lifes both on the job and off the job. Many of us may or may not have the best intention, but we all may have said things that landed us in the hot seat before.

Companies these days have a zero tolerance on any type of harassment, sexual, religion, gender or any type of harassment base. We have have said things sometimes we wish we can take back, all of us certainly have said things we did not deem to be offensive and many times did not even realize that it was offensive.

This video is a classic example of what we say, loose lips sink ships. Stick to questions asked and answer them truthfully, and most of us will be okay. Hope everyone enjoy this video.
